THE CANADIAN KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL….
Be responsible for managing all sales related activities for select Canadian key including product showings, marketing meetings, and business reviews. This role will be accountable for generating sustainable and profitable growth, delivering top and bottom-line objectives, and leading the execution of our Go to Market initiatives with our Key Accounts. The Key Account Manager will report to the Canadian Sales Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Managing all sales related activities including product showings, marketing meetings, and business reviews.
- Partner with the buying team and senior stakeholders to build and maintain quality, long lasting relationships with your accounts. This includes building strategic growth plans by retailer that result in sustainable, profitable growth.
- Meet or exceed qualitative and quantitative monthly, seasonal, and annual sales targets.
- Establish and execute multi-seasonal “Go to Market” strategies with allocated accounts including building assortments based on SAXX’s distribution and segmentation strategy.
- Effectively communicate SAXX’s brand positioning, seasonal initiatives, merchandising strategy, and promotional guidelines.
- Ownership of account forecasting, style and merchandising strategies, and replenishment plans.
- Analyze sales data to inform accurate forecasts and ensure projections are in line with revenue and operational goals.
- Work productively with provided reports and sales analysis to aggressively find new revenue opportunities within your Key Accounts.
- Ability to submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Canadian Sales Director with details of Key Account activity with go-forward actions to grow our business.
- Communicate regularly with the Go to Market team, Planning, and Operations as the company expert for your allocated accounts.
- Provide updates to the Go to Market team on the competitive landscape, sales trends, consumer shifts, retail activities.
- Partner with Customer Service on order management to ensure order accuracy and orders are processed in-full and on-time to the best of our ability.
- Planning and participation in tradeshows, company, and account events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or greater in Business Administration, Business Management or Commerce or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of B2B Sales experience including wholesale & retail preferably in the apparel industry.
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.
- Deep understanding of retail and wholesale analytics, forecasting, terms, and retail math.
- Ability to identify appropriate business targets, secure high-level appointments, and manage new business opportunities.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to manipulate data for analysis and reporting; intermediate Excel skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple and congruent projects with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong leadership, customer relation and networking skills.
- Goal-driven, able to develop and manage a strategic growth initiative.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proven presentation skills and experience in public speaking.
- Must be self-motivated and energetic with a high level of commitment.
- Team oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%, including some international)

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $115,000-$125,000. The final aligned upon salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
