Welcome to the SAXX Insider Program. Around here, we look to innovators as our influencers. If you’re a guy who is up to big things (be it creating the next big movement, carving up a mountain, or raising your kids to be the change-makers of tomorrow) – we want to support you in driving positive impact in the world.

How do I become a SAXX Insider?

The SAXX Insider Program is a membership program for guys who are up to big things in the world. Access to the program is based upon qualifying via the SAXX Insider application. Any/all participation is not guaranteed for any length of time and can be revoked/cancelled at any time. If you are interested in applying, please click on the Insider application link, fill out all of the form, and we’ll be in touch with you shortly.

How long am I a member for once approved?

Once approved, your membership is good for one (1) year – at about a month from your expiration date, we will contact you with next steps to qualify for the following year.

Do I have a purchase limit?

Your purchase limit is $1,000 per annum.

Where can I find my log-in details?

Please look at your original welcome letter for your login details, or utilize the "Reset Password" function during the sign in process. You may also contact the SAXX Insider Program team here: insider@saxxunderwear.com.

How come I can’t log into my account?

Make sure to use the original e-mail address you registered with. If you have changed or cancelled a previous e-mail, let us know and we can help update. Check for extra spaces before or after the e-mail address when it is entered or copy/pasted.

Additionally, your account may be expired: Your Insider account must be renewed each year. If it has been a while since you’ve logged in, your account may need to be renewed. Send us a note to check - insider@saxxunderwear.com

Can I purchase a gift for someone with my discount?

Generally, no. This program is for your use alone. We may have occasional promotions that allow purchasing a gift or two and we will let you know.

Can I apply for the program if I work internationally?

The SAXX Insider Program is currently available in the US and Canada only. We are not able to serve the broader international market at this time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to experience the comfort and performance SAXX Underwear has to offer. You can read all the reviews but we know sometimes you need to try it before you buy it. To make it easy, we’re willing to exchange or refund your order if you are not satisfied with your SAXX Underwear within 30 days of purchase.

 

  • Only available to customers in North America.
  • All requests need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for exchange or refund.
  • If you choose to exchange an item, we will ship the item to you free of charge. Please contact our sales support team using info@saxxunderwear.com to arrange this. If the item was purchased from one of our retailers, please do not take the product back to the retailer, contact us directly.
  • For all exchanges and refunds, we require that you contact us before sending anything back. Please e-mail info@saxxunderwear.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
  • Please do not attempt to return any product back to a SAXX Underwear retailer. Follow the above instructions. Thank you!

 

Am I required to post about your products via social media?

If you’re happy with your SAXX Underwear (which we hope you will be) please help us spread the word:

 

  • Post on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, tagging @saxxunderwear and #nostatusquo
  • Write a product review on saxxunderwear.com for the product you’ve purchased

 

While we don’t formally require a post minimum, we’ll ask for links to social media posts or reviews you’ve shared when it comes time to renew your membership – so if you’re feeling the love, keep it coming!
