- Applies to any order on saxxunderwear.com or through one of our authorized retailers.
- All requests need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer or saxxunderwear.com is required for exchange or refund.
- If you choose to exchange an item, we will ship the item to you free of charge. Please contact our sales support team using email@example.com to arrange this. If the item was purchased from one of our authorized retailers, please do not take the product back to the retailer, contact us directly.
- For all exchanges and refunds, we require that you contact us before sending anything back. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and proof of purchase.
- Unless prohibited by applicable law, the SAXX Comfort Guarantee does not apply to purchases made from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites.
