  • Rewards Membership
    How do I join the SAXX Support Group?
    - Joining the SAXX Support Group is simple! All you need to do is create an account. To receive rewards, you will need to subscribe to SAXX emails. Sign up can be found on the account creation page, or in the footer of this website.
    Who is eligible to join?
    - Anyone can join! All you need to do is create an account.
    Is the SAXX Support Group program available to all locations globally?
    - No. At this time, the SAXX Support Group is only available on our Canada, and USA websites. It is not currently available on our international website.
    What rewards will I receive for joining?
    - Rewards can be viewed in the chart above. These include free shipping rewards, birthday discount, early access to promotions and product new arrivals, and an annual donation in your name. Note that some rewards can only be accessed if you are subscribed to SAXX emails. Rewards vary depending on what membership tier you are in.
    What does “Annual Spend” mean?
    - Annual Spend means the amount of money that you spend on SAXX product from this website, minus discounts and refunds, between January 1 and December 31 of the same year.
    Will my past purchases be included in my Annual Spend?
    - Annual Spend is based on the calendar year. This means that even if you create an account later in the year, your purchases made after January 1 of the same year will be included in your Annual Spend. Please note that prior purchases will only be included if you are using the same email address for your account.
    Will my purchases made on SAXX products at retail stores (ex. Nordstrom, Sportchek, etc.) be included in my Annual Spend?
    - No, they will not. Only purchases made on saxxunderwear.com/.ca will be included in your Annual Spend.
    If I am already a member, how can I view my rewards and/or membership status?
    - You can view your status by signing in and viewing your account page. Once you are viewing your account page, click the “Rewards” tab to view your status.
    How long will my membership status last?
    - Your membership status will last for the full calendar year (January 1 – December 31). However, if you have reached a new tier late in the year, we will carry your status through the following year.
    Why haven’t I received any rewards emails?
    - You must be a SAXX email subscriber to receive rewards emails. Please ensure you are subscribed, which can be done in the footer of this website. If you are subscribed and still not receiving reward emails, please contact info@saxxunderwear.com for support.
    What will my membership account information be used for?
    - Your membership account information will only be used for the purpose of facilitating this program, and to ensure you are receiving the rewards you have earned. We will not use this information for any other purposes.
  • Free Shipping
    How can I qualify for free shipping?
    - Free shipping benefits are unlocked when you have an account created and when you are signed into your account as you checkout. Your free shipping threshold will vary depending on what membership tier you are in, which can be found in the chart above. Free shipping includes standard (5-7 day) shipping only. No discount code is needed, this will be applied automatically at checkout.
    Do all orders receive free shipping?
    - For top tier members (Most Valuable Balls), all orders will receive free standard shipping. For second tier members (Very Important Balls), all orders over $25 will receive free standard shipping. Finally, for first tier members (Important Balls) all orders over $50 will receive free standard shipping.
  • Birthday Discount
    How do I receive a birthday discount code?
    - To receive your birthday discount, you must be a Support Group member, be subscribed to SAXX emails, and have input your birth date. To be a member, all you need to do is create an account. When doing so, be sure to check the box that subscribes you to email. You can also subscribe in the footer of this website. Entering your birth date can be done on this page (above), or within your account dashboard under the “Rewards” section. Please contact info@saxxunderwear.com for support if needed.
    What discount do I get on my birthday?
    - Birthday discount rewards can be found in the chart above. First tier members (Important Balls) will receive a 10% off one-use code, second tier members (Very Important Balls) will receive a 15% off one-use code, and top tier members (Most Valuable Balls) will receive a 20% off one-use code.
    When will my birthday discount code expire?
    - Your birthday discount code will expire 30 days after your birthday.
    Can I use my birthday discount on SAXX products at retail stores?
    - No. Your birthday discount will only be valid on Saxxunderwear.com/.ca.
    I didn’t receive my discount code on my birthday, what do I do?
    - Please reach out to info@saxxunderwear.com for support.
    My birth date is incorrect in my account, how can I change it?

  • Annual Donation
    Tell me more about the Annual Donation reward
    - At the end of each year, SAXX will donate $10 for every member with a status in our top tier (Most Valuable Balls).
    What charity will SAXX donate to?
    - In 2021, SAXX will be donating to the men’s health charity Movember.
    Can I get a donation receipt?
    - It is not possible for SAXX to provide donation receipts to individual members. This is because the donation is sent from SAXX, on your behalf, but not in your name.
  • Refer a Friend
    What is the Refer a Friend program?
    - The Refer a Friend program is a referral rewards program, which enables anyone to share a 15% off discount code with a friend, and receive a 15% off discount code in return. Please note that the friend you share a code with must be new to this website. You will receive your code in return when that friend has placed an order on saxxunderwear.com/.ca.
    How do I Refer a Friend?
    - You can do so by completing the form here.
    Why haven’t I received my 15% off code?
    - If you have sent a friend a code, and are waiting for your code in return please ensure that friend was a new customer to SAXX and has completed a purchase. Please reach out to info@saxxunderwear.com if you need additional support.
    Why hasn’t my friend received the 15% off code?
    - If you have sent a friend a code, and the friend has not received their code, you can reshare here. Your friend must click the link sent to them and will be able to view their code once they do so.
    Can I refer more than 1 friend?
    - Yes. Please ensure that each new friend was a new customer to SAXX and has completed a purchase to ensure you receive your code in return.
    I can’t find my discount code, how can I get it re-sent to me?
